US-based After Sales Support/800# Service

All Test Rite programs in the US are supported by ACS - our total customer service solution. ACS programs are also used by outside manufacturers selling goods in major US retailers and are available to our OEM customers.

Based in Atlanta, ACS operates a multi-lingual call center to assist consumers with assembly and maintenance issues.

ACS also operates an innovative web-based service to assist customers via the Internet.

ACS maintains a 15,000 sq ft. warehouse for distribution and sale of replacement parts.

Our customized IT platform integrates all service functions. Replacement parts orders are generated in real-time and ship within 24 hours of request.

Our IT system provides real time reporting tools for our customers and tracking information and follow-up for consumers utilizing our services.
